Any non-conformance is logged instantly via a mobile app with photos and location tags. It is assigned to a team for correction, tracked until closure, and forms part of the project's permanent digital record

Every batch of concrete, steel reinforcement, and major material component is tested. Certificates are digitally archived, ensuring full traceability from source to installation.

Before full-scale work begins on finishes (tiling, painting, facades), we construct a sample "benchmark mock-up" on site. This becomes the approved quality standard against which all subsequent work is measured.

Handover & Aftercare

The Beginning of Your Ownership Experience

Systems (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, security) are activated and tested in sequence. We provide comprehensive hands-on training for your facility management team, including customized operation and maintenance (O&M) manuals

A 12-month (or agreed period) aftercare program begins. We respond to any call-back issues within agreed, stringent timeframes (e.g., 24 hours for critical, 7 days for minor).

You receive a full digital twin of your asset—the complete set of as-built drawings, the BIM model, equipment warranties, and maintenance schedules—all accessible via a user-friendly digital portal.

We offer ongoing facilities management contracts to ensure your building continues to perform at its peak, with planned preventative maintenance and lifecycle cost planning.

6-12 months after handover, we conduct a formal review with you to assess building performance against design intent and capture lessons for our future work together
