Scope of Work
Construction of a high-end Residential Complex consisting of 12 Custom-Built Villas and a central clubhouse. The project emphasizes "Smart Living," with each villa featuring integrated home automation for security, lighting, and climate control. Our work included the full infrastructure package: paved internal roads, decorative perimeter walls, a residents' fitness center, and a swimming pool with advanced filtration.
Key Challenges & Solutions
- Challenge: Achieving a high-level architectural finish with bespoke, imported materials during a period of global supply chain volatility.
- Solution: We established an early-procurement strategy, securing all "long-lead" items (Italian tiles, German glazing) six months before they were needed on-site, and utilized a local artisan workshop for high-quality custom joinery.
Technologies/Methodologies Used
- Smart Home Integration: Control4 systems for centralized residential management.
- Permeable Pavement: Used in driveways to manage surface runoff and keep the landscape lush.
